摘要
为解决传统厚煤层大采高综放工作面煤柱损失大、煤炭资源回采率低、采掘接续困难的问题,以山西煤炭运销集团野川煤矿3205工作面为研究对象,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场试验的研究方法,对沿空留巷围岩控制技术进行研究,提出了“切顶卸压+柔模混凝土墙”沿空留巷施工工艺,确定了切顶炮孔参数和柔模混凝土墙合理宽度,并设计了沿空留巷不同阶段支护方式。现场应用结果表明:采用该沿空留巷工艺后,巷道围岩表面变形控制效果显著,确保了工作面安全高效生产,工作面巷道掘进量减少了754m,多回收煤柱资源约14.16万t,经济效益显著。
In order to solve the problems of large loss of coal pillars,low recovery rate of coal resources,and difficulty in mining continuity in traditional fully mechanized caving face with large mining height in thick coal seam,the 3205 working face of Yechuan Coal Industry was taken as the research object.Theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and on-site testing were used to research the control technology of surrounding rock in gob-side entry retaining,and a construction technology of"roof cutting pressure relief and flexible formwork concrete wall"was proposed for gob-side entry retaining.The parameters of roof cutting hole and the reasonable width of flexible formwork concrete wall were determined,and the support methods of different stages of gob-side entry retaining were designed.The field application results show that after the gob-side entry retaining process is adopted,the surface deformation control effect of surrounding rock of the roadway is significant,which ensures the safe and efficient production of the working face.The amount of roadway excavation is reduced by 754 m,and about 141600 tons of coal pillar resources are recovered,with remarkable economic benefits.
