生态文明建设是中华文明永续发展的千年大计。玉溪市通海县杞麓湖因历史原因、时代因素和自然环境变迁,造成严重污染。经过多年的治理已取得明显成效,但现阶段的治理仍然面临资金短缺、人地水矛盾突出、污染源禁绝不易等方面困境,要彻底解决杞麓湖治理难题,必须以习近平生态文明思想为指引,按照水生态文明建设的要求,以国家水网建设的契机打通杞麓湖水进出通道,践行习近平总书记的“治水”思路使杞麓湖治理可持续发展,以中国式现代化发展助力杞麓湖治理高质量发展。

The construction of ecological civilization is a millennium plan for the sustainable development of Chinese civilization.Due to historical reasons,time factors,and changes in the natural environment,Qilu Lake in Tonghai County,Yuxi City,has caused serious pollution.After years of governance,significant achievements have been made,but at this stage,the governance still faces difficulties such as shortage of funds,prominent contradictions between people and land,and difficult to eliminate pollution sources.
