“一带一路”视角下新疆口岸经济带高质量发展研究

Research on the High-Quality Development of Xinjiang Port Economic Belt from the Perspective of“Belt and Road”

口岸地区作为我国向西开放的窗口和通道,是我国推动丝绸之路经济带建设、加大与周边国家经济合作的重要载体。加快新疆口岸建设发展,是推进丝绸之路经济带核心区建设的有力举措,对于提升新疆对外开放层次水平、实现社会稳定和长治久安总目标具有十分重要的战略意义。本文通过对新疆口岸发展现状与特点、口岸城市经济发展情况进行梳理,分析新疆口岸经济带发展面临缺乏顶层设计和整体规划、基础设施建设有待提升、口岸与腹地之间经济互动支撑作用不强、营商环境有待改善等挑战,并提出新疆口岸经济带高质量发展的相关对策建议,以发挥口岸在支持新疆“丝绸之路经济带”核心区建设中的区位优势。

As a window and channel for my country to open to the west,the port area is an important carrier for my country to promote the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and increase economic cooperation with neighboring countries.Accelerating the construction and development of Xinjiang ports is a powerful measure to promote the construction of the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt.It is of great strategic significance for improving the level of Xinjiang's opening up to the outside world and achieving the overall goal of social stability and long-term stability.By sorting out the current situation and characteristics of Xinjiang's port development and the economic development of port cities,this paper analyzes that the development of Xinjiang's port economic belt faces challenges such as lack of top-level design and overall planning,lagging infrastructure construction,low level of economic and trade structure,weak economic and trade support between ports and hinterland,and the need to improve the business environment,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of Xinjiang's port economic belt.In order to give full play to the port's location advantages in supporting the construction of the core area of Xinjiang's“Silk Road Economic Belt”.
