硅酸钠反应釜的结构设计改进及超声波技术的应用

摘要 反应釜是硅酸钠液相反应中必不可少的反应设备,也是液体硅酸钠生产中的主要环节。文章简要介绍了某公司现有硅酸钠反应釜的结构特点,针对现有反应釜生产效率低、产量低、耗能高、维护成本高的缺点,在原有制备硅酸钠反应釜的基础上进行创新设计,引入超声波技术,延长设备使用寿命,降低设备故障率,缩短了反应时间,降低了能耗,提高了反应转化率,提高了产品质量。 The reactor is an indispensable reaction equipment in the liquid phase reaction of sodium silicate,and is also the main link in the production of liquid sodium silicate.This paper briefly introduces the structural characteristics of the existing sodium silicate reactor of our company.In view of the shortcomings of the existing reactor,such as low production efficiency,low output,high energy consumption and high maintenance cost,an innovative design is carried out on the basis of the original preparation of sodium silicate reactor,and ultrasonic technology is introduced to extend the service life of the equipment,reduce the equipment failure rate,shorten the reaction time and reduce energy consumption.The conversion rate of reaction was improved and the product quality was improved.
