摘要
文章介绍了N06059镍基合金化学成分、力学性能、耐腐蚀性、加工性能以及材料的焊接性能。采用GTAW焊接方法,焊材采用ERNiCrMo-13焊丝,对N06059镍基合金进行了焊接工艺评定试验。按照ASME IX标准进行拉伸、弯曲试验,并增加了宏观金相、微观金相试验。为了验证焊接接头的耐腐蚀性,进行了ASTM G28方法 A与方法 B两种不同的晶间腐蚀试验,又进行了工程规范推荐的“绿色死亡”试验,以检验焊接接头抗点蚀的能力。试验结果表明,采用低热输入量的焊接参数焊接,采用微摆动的操作手法,可避免焊接热裂纹及未熔合的缺陷产生,焊接接头可获得良好的力学性能以及耐腐蚀性能。
This paper introduces the chemical composition,mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,processing properties and welding properties of N06059 nickel base alloy.The welding procedure qualification test of N06059 nickel base alloy was conducted by using GTAW welding method and ERNiCrMo-13 welding wire.Tensile and bending tests were carried out according to ASME IX standard,and macro and micro metallographic tests were carried out.To verify the corrosion resistance of welded joints,two different intergranular corrosion tests of ASTM G28 method A and method B were carried out,and the"green death"test recommended by the engineering specifications was also carried out to test the pitting resistance of welded joints.The test results show that using the welding parameters with low heat input and the operation method of small weave bead can avoid the occurrence of welding hot cracks and lack of fusion defects,and the welded joints can obtain good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
