摘要
在实现“双碳”目标的大背景下,中国正加速构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统。尽管如此,燃煤发电作为电力系统安全稳定运行的压舱石,依然在保障中国能源安全方面扮演着基础和兜底的重要角色。燃煤发电与新能源发电并非对立关系,而是需要协同推进,实现煤电转型与新能源发展的双赢局面。为了促进新型电力系统的安全稳定,该文从煤电转型、新能源发电稳定运行和煤电与新能源耦合技术3个方面系统且深入地探讨了当前煤电与新能源协同发展相关领域的研究现状与挑战。最后,提出一个煤电与新能源深度融合的新型能源系统,旨在为低碳、经济、安全稳定的新型电力系统建设提供一定参考。
Under the background of achieving the goal of“double carbon”,China is accelerating the construction of a new type power system with new energy as the mainstay.Nevertheless,as the ballast stone for the safe and stable operation of power system,coal-fired power generation still plays an important role in ensuring China’s energy security.Coal-fired power generation and new energy power generation are not opposites,but need to be promoted together to achieve a win-win situation of coal-fired power transformation and new energy development.In order to promote the safety and stability of the new power system,this paper systematically and deeply discusses the current research status and challenges related to the synergistic development of coal power and new energy from three aspects:coal power transformation,new energy power system stability and coal power and new energy coupling.Finally,a new energy system with deep integration of coal power and new energy is proposed,which aims to provide reference for the construction of low-carbon,economic,safe and stable new power system.
