新型电力系统中基于发电设备状态的容量参数和指标体系研究

摘要 新能源发电与传统发电的设备运行小时和利用小时显著不同,所能提供的电力电量也就不同。所以,在新型电力系统中发电设备装机容量,已经不能直接反映传统意义的电力电量,设备的利用率指标也发生显著变化。本文基于发电设备状态参数,定义电量容量和等效煤电容量等新容量参数,及其等效煤电容量系数和渗透系数等新指标,真实反应电力系统发电设备可提供电力电量的能力及其利用程度,为研究和规划新型电力系统提供科学的参数、指标和分析方法参考。 The operating hours and utilization hours of new energy generation are significantly different from traditional power generation,also the electric power and electricity are different.Therefore,the total installed capacity of power equipment in new electric power system can no longer directly reflect the traditional meaning of electric power and electricity,and the utilization indicators of equipment have also undergone significant changes.Based on the status parameters of power generation,new capacity parameters such as electricity capacity and equivalent coal power capacity,as well as new indicators such as equivalent coal power capacity coefficient and permeability coefficient are defined in this paper,which can truly reflect the ability of power equipment to provide electric power and electricity,and their utilization rates.These can provide scientific parameters,indicators and analysis methods for researching and planning of new electric power system.
