取向硅钢端面自动喷涂装置设计

Design of Automatic Spraying Device for Oriented Silicon Steel End Face

摘要 针对取向硅钢生产过程中钢卷端面涂刷MgO的难题,本文设计了一种自动喷涂装置,以实现自动化和无人化操作。该装置通过创新的工艺流程和功能结构,有效解决了人工涂刷过程中劳动强度大、涂刷质量不一致的问题。同时,通过正交实验和回归分析,建立了喷涂工艺参数与涂层关键指标间的数学模型,优化了喷涂参数,提高了涂层均匀性。实验结果表明,自动喷涂装置的应用显著提升了生产效率和产品质量,降低了生产成本,具有广阔的应用前景。 Aiming at the problem of MgO inhibitor coating on the end face of steel coil during the production of oriented silicon steel,an automatic spraying device is designed to realize automatic and unmanned operation.Through innovative process flow and functional structure,the device effectively solves the problems of high labor intensity and inconsistent quality in manual brushing process.At the same time,through orthogonal experiment and regression analysis,the mathematical model between the spraying process parameters and the coating key indexes was established,the spraying parameters were optimized,and the coating uniformity was improved.The experimental results show that the application of automatic spraying device significantly improves the production efficiency and product quality,reduces the production cost,and has a broad application prospect.
