带钢精轧液压油温异常处理

High Temperature Treatment Case of Precision Rolling High-pressure System

摘要 文章详细描述了异常发生时的情况、排查、分析和处理,以及通过改变循环泵流量和增加冷却器的散热片的方法对泵站进行了优化改造。改造完成以后,系统油温保持平稳,达到了彻底解决高温环境和元件磨损导致油温异常问题。希望通过本文,能给液压技术人员对轧机液压系统温升的解决提供一种思路:查处温升源头,提升板冷功率。 The article provides a detailed description of the situation,investigation,analysis,and handling when abnormalities occur,as well as the optimization and renovation of the pumping station by changing the flow rate of the circulating pump and increasing the cooling fins of the cooler.After the renovation was completed,the system oil temperature remained stable,achieving a complete solution to the problem of abnormal oil temperature caused by high-temperature environment and component wear.I hope that this article can provide a solution for hydraulic technicians to solve the temperature rise of the rolling mill hydraulic system:investigate the source of temperature rise and improve the plate cooling power.
