新质生产力视域下数字普惠金融支持大学生返乡创业研究

On Digital Inclusive Finance Supporting College Students’Hometown Entrepreneurship from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

数字普惠金融是新质生产力与普惠金融相融合的产物,能够以互联网、大数据、物联网等触达终端用户,弥补农村新质生产力发展的金融短板,为大学生返乡创业提供高质量金融服务。从新质生产力视角看,数字普惠金融助力农村新质生产力、支持大学生返乡创业的发展模式包括“传统金融机构+”“涉农龙头企业+”“网络金融平台+”等。所以,在农村新质生产力发展过程中,要加强数字普惠金融制度建设,完善数字普惠金融基础设施,完善数字普惠金融征信体系,开发灵活多样数字普惠金融产品,发挥数字普惠金融对大学生返乡创业的帮扶作用。

Digital inclusive finance is the product of the integration of new quality productivity and inclusive finance.It can reach the end users with the Internet,big data,Internet of Things,etc.,making up for the financial weakness of the development of new quality productivity in rural areas,and providing high-quality financial services for college students returning home to start businesses.From the perspective of new quality productivity,digital inclusive finance that helps rural new quality productivity and supports college students to return home to start businesses include development models such as“traditional financial institutions+”,“agricultural leading enterprises+”,and“online financial platforms+”.Therefore,in the development of new quality productivity in rural areas,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of digital inclusive finance system,improve the infrastructure of digital inclusive finance,perfect the credit system of digital inclusive finance,develop flexible and diverse digital inclusive finance products,and give full play to the role of digital inclusive finance in helping college students return home to start businesses.
