摘要
文章阐述脑胶质类淋巴系统的结构与功能及其在睡眠障碍和其他神经系统疾病中的作用。脑胶质类淋巴系统由星形胶质细胞和血管周围间隙组成,负责脑间质液和脑脊液的交换,清除大脑中的代谢废物和调节颅内压。睡眠对脑胶质类淋巴系统的活性有显著影响,深度睡眠时清除效率最高。研究表明,脑胶质类淋巴系统在阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、脑卒中、偏头痛和癫痫等神经系统疾病中的废物清除和调节功能起着重要作用。睡眠对该系统的清除功能有显著影响,睡眠不足或紊乱会导致脑内有害蛋白质积累,进而加重神经系统疾病的发展。研究脑胶质类淋巴系统在这些疾病中的作用,有助于理解其发病机制并开发新的治疗方法。
This study reviews the structure and function of the glymphatic system and its role in sleep and other neurological diseases.The glymphatic system,composed of astrocytes and perivascular spaces,is responsible for the exchange of interstitial fluid and cerebrospinal fluid,the clearance of metabolic waste from the brain,and the regulation of intracranial pressure.Sleep has a significant impact on the activity of the glymphatic system,with the highest clearance efficiency occurring during deep sleep.Research indicates that the glymphatic system plays a crucial role in waste clearance and regulation in neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,stroke,migraine,and epilepsy.Sleep significantly influences this system's clearance function,and sleep deprivation or disruption can lead to the accumulation of harmful proteins in the brain,exacerbating the development of neurological diseases.Studying the role of the glymphatic system in these diseases can help in understanding their pathogenesis and developing new therapeutic approaches.
