汽车转向管柱溃缩峰值力稳定性研究

摘要 以满足某高性能车型的管柱式电动助力转向系统(EPSC)的溃缩峰值力公差要求为背景,首先介绍了溃缩峰值力的影响因子;其次通过理论分析确定了剪切块拉脱峰值力和板间摩擦力的优化方案,可分别缩小转向管柱的溃缩峰值力公差;最后基于台架试验验证了该优化措施在产品总成上的有效性。相关结论可为今后汽车转向管柱溃缩峰力值的稳定性研究提供借鉴。 With the background of electric power steering of column(EPSC)for certain high-performance model and aim to fulfill its collapse peak load tolerance requirement,Firstly,the influence factors of the collapse peak load are introduced.Secondly,the optimization actions of reducing the tolerance of capsule pull-off peak load and brackets friction is determined through theoretical analysis,which will also lead to collapse peak load tolerance decrease of steering column.Finally,based on the bench test,the effectiveness of this optimization measure on product from assembly line is verified.The relevant conclusions can provide a reference for the stability study of the collapsed peak load value of automobile steering column in the future.
