基于C#和EtherCAT的汽车座椅柔性耐久测试系统开发

摘要 针对汽车座椅柔性耐久测试设备功能单一、种类繁多以及利用率不高的问题,设计开发柔性耐久测试系统。其中,上位机采用台式计算机,采用C#开发人机交互界面;下位机采用EtherCAT智能控制器,基于IEC 61131-3《编程语言》标准开发控制程序和算法,采用Modbus TCP实现上下位机信息和指令交互,采用传输控制协议(TCP)实现实时数据传输。系统基于PID闭环控制,实现载荷和位移闭环控制。该系统控制精度高、响应速度快,已成功应用于汽车座椅柔性耐久测试。 Aiming at the problems of single function,wide variety and low utilization rate of flexible durability test equipment for automotive seat,programming flexible durability test system was designed and developed.Among them,the upper computer adopts a desktop computer,and C#develops a human-computer interaction interface.The lower machine adopts EtherCAT intelligent controller and develops control program and algorithm based on IEC 61131-3 Programming Languages standard,using Modbus TCP protocol to achieve the upper and lower computer information and instruction interaction,using transmission control protocol(TCP)to achieve real-time data transmission.The system is based on PID closed-loop control to realize load and displacement closed-loop control.The system has high control precision and fast response speed,and has been successfully applied to the flexible durability test of automotive seat.
