摘要
复杂性肝癌位置特殊,临近重要脉管结构,且肝脏解剖结构复杂,行肝切除术难度大,手术的精准性和安全性难以保证。近年来,随着医学影像技术的不断发展,以三维可视化、虚拟仿真手术、增强现实导航为代表的数字智能化诊疗技术已广泛应用于复杂性肝癌肝切除术,有效减少了术中出血、术后并发症的发生,改善了短期预后,指导手术更精准、安全地实施。数字智能化诊疗技术对肝脏外科的发展产生了巨大的推动作用,肝脏外科自此进入"智能化"时代。笔者结合团队开展数字智能化诊疗技术应用于复杂性肝癌肝切除术的经验及相关文献,详细阐述数字智能化技术在复杂性肝癌应用现状。
Complex liver cancer has a special location,is close to important vascular structures,and has a complex liver anatomical structure.It is difficult to perform liver resection,and the accuracy and safety of the operation are difficult to guarantee.In recent years,with the continuous development of medical imaging technology,digital intelligent diagnosis and treatment technologies represented by three-dimensional visualization,virtual simulation surgery,and augmented reality navigation have been widely used in liver resection for complex liver cancer,effectively reducing the occurrence of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative complications,improving short-term prognosis,and guiding the operation to be more accurate and safe.Digital intelligent diagnosis and treatment technology has played a huge role in promoting the development of liver surgery,and liver surgery has since entered the"intelligent"era.Combining the team’s experience in applying digital intelligent diagnosis and treatment technology to liver resection for complex liver cancer and related literature,the author elaborates on the current status of the application of digital intelligent technology in complex liver cancer.
