摘要
血管平滑肌细胞(VSMCs)在主动脉瘤(AA)形成的病理过程中具有显著可塑性,其功能紊乱是AA发生发展的重要原因。近来,越来越多的研究表明线粒体对VSMCs内稳态及生理功能的维持具有重要作用。线粒体相关物质(活性氧ROS、脱氧核糖核酸DNA、钙离子)、线粒体质量控制(线粒体动力学、线粒体生物发生、线粒体自噬)以及线粒体代谢与VSMCs功能紊乱有着密切联系,在AA发病中扮演了重要角色。本文阐述了AA发生发展过程中线粒体与VSMCs功能紊乱之间的作用关系,以期为AA发病机制的探索提供新策略。
Vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs)have significant plasticity in the pathological process of aortic aneurysm(AA)formation.The dysfunction of VSMCs is an essential factor for the occurrence and development of AA.Recently,an increasing number of studies have shown that mitochondria play a pivotal role in maintaining the homeostasis and physiological functions of VSMCs.Mitochondrial related substances(reactive oxygen species,deoxyribonucleic acid,calcium ions),mitochondrial quality control(mitochondrial dynamics,mitochondrial biogenesis,mitophagy),and mitochondrial metabolism are closely related to the dysfunction of VSMCs,which contribute to the onset of AA.Aiming to provide a novel insight for exploring the pathogenesis of AA,this article elaborates on the relationship between mitochondrial and dysfunction of VSMCs during the occurrence and development of AA.
