基于EHB的轮胎滑移率控制研究

摘要 针对线控电子液压制动系统(EHB)逻辑门限值的ABS控制算法在工作时会导致轮缸液压力剧烈抖动,滑移率也会在最佳滑移率附近有较大抖动的问题,进而对滑移率控制算法进行研究。通过对车辆建立纵向、横向和摆角三自由车辆模型,通过对轮胎力的估计分析,设计滑模结构的滑移率控制算法。采用Matlab/Simulink和AMEsim建立联合仿真以及实车实验。仿真及实验结果表明,在高低附紧急制动过程中,能保持较好的制动减速度,缩短了制动时间,实际滑移率在目标滑移率附近震荡得到优化。 The ABS control algorithm for the logical threshold of the electronic hydraulic brake system(EHB)will cause se-vere shaking of the hydraulic pressure of the wheel cylinder when working,and the slip rate will also have a large jitter near the opti-mal slip rate,and then the slip rate control algorithm will be studied.By establishing a longitudinal,lateral and swing angle three-free vehicle model of the vehicle,and through the estimation and analysis of tire force,the slip rate control algorithm of the sliding mode structure is designed.Matlab/Simulink and AMEsim are used to establish joint simulation and experimentation.Simula-tion and experimental results show that in the process of high and low attached emergency braking,it can maintain a good brake de-celeration,shorten the braking time,improve the braking efficiency,and the actual slip rate oscillates near the target slip rate.
