摘要
在国内外经济形势快速变革的今天,如何实现转型升级已经成为鞋服等外贸企业的重要战略抉择。本文在分析我国现有外贸鞋服行业发展现状以及挑战的基础上,探讨外贸鞋服企业转型升级的必要性;结合Nike、Zara的实践案例,针对性地提出我国外贸鞋服企业转型升级的具体策略,提升我国外贸鞋服企业的国际发展能力,实现其长远健康发展。
In today's profound changes in the domestic and international economic situation,how to achieve trans-formation and upgrading has become an important strategic choice for foreign trade enterprises such as footwear and clothing.Based on the analysis of the current situation and challenges of Chinese existing foreign trade footwear indus-try,this paper discussed the necessity of transformation and development of foreign trade footwear and clothing enter-prises,combined the practical cases of Nike and Zara,and put forward specific strategies for transformation and up-grading of Chinese foreign trade footwear enterprises,hoping to enhance the international development ability of Chi-nese foreign trade footwear and clothing enterprises and achieve its long-term healthy development.
