摘要
相比于传统燃油车,纯电动车在舒适性、加速性和科技感等方面具有明显优势,但是其续驶里程一直有待提高。电池热管理、空调热管理和电机热管理是纯电动汽车主要的热管理活动,各热管理过程的高效协调配合可有效实现系统能量互补,减少能源浪费,提高纯电动车的续驶里程,因此热管理系统提升一直是研究的热点方向。该文基于Matlab软件,在自适应PI控制策略的基础上引入模糊控制,设计了一种自适应模糊PI控制策略,用于对热泵型空调的控制,并进行仿真研究。研究表明:同等温差条件下,自适应模糊PI控制下的压缩机转速更低,即同等制冷效果下,加入模糊控制对降低空调系统的能耗具有重要意义。自适应模糊PI控制下的压缩机转速比自适应PI控制下的压缩机转速变化速度更快,能一定程度提高空调系统制冷的速度,说明模糊控制也可以提高空调系统的响应速度。
Compared with traditional fuel vehicles,pure electric vehicles have obvious advantages in terms of comfort,acceleration and sense of technology,but their driving range has been to be improved.Battery thermal management,air conditioning thermal management and motor thermal management are the main thermal management activities of pure electric vehicles,and the efficient coordination and cooperation of various thermal management processes can effectively realize system energy complementation,reduce energy waste,and improve the driving range of pure electric vehicles,so the improvement of thermal management system has always been a hot direction of research.Based on Matlab software,fuzzy control is introduced on the basis of the adaptive PI control strategy,and an adaptive fuzzy PI control strategy is designed for the control of heat pump air conditioner,and the simulation research is carried out.The results show that under the same temperature difference condition,the compressor speed under the control of adaptive fuzzy PI is lower,that is,under the same refrigeration effect,the addition of fuzzy control is of great significance to reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning system.The speed of the compressor under the control of adaptive fuzzy PI is faster than that of the compressor under the control of adaptive PI,which can improve the refrigeration speed of the air-conditioning system to a certain extent,indicating that the fuzzy control can also improve the response speed of the air-conditioning system.
