木耳菌包工厂化已成为趋势,目前大多数小型菌包生产企业采用单工位半自动装袋机(无配套装筐机),需人工手动将菌包依次装入菌筐中,劳动强度大,用工成本高。该文针对这一现状,设计了一款木耳菌包装筐机,适用于不同类型的装袋机,该机采用PLC控制,效率高,能显著提升菌包生产企业设备机械化、自动化程度,助力企业发展。

At present,the industrial production of fungus bags has become a trend,and large mushroom bag production enterprises use a duplex fully automatic bagging machine,which is equipped with a basket filling machine.However,most small mushroom bag production enterprises use single station semi-automatic bagging machines without matching basket loading machines.They manually load the mushroom bags into the baskets one by one,which is labor-intensive and costly.This article focuses on the current situation of small mushroom packaging enterprises without a matching bagging machine,and designs a fungus packaging basket machine that is suitable for different types of bagging machines.The machine adopts PLC control and has high efficiency.To improve the mechanization and automation level of equipment in mushroom bag production enterprises and assist their development.
