摘要
在钳工装配过程中,CAD模型的几何特征直接决定了零件的加工尺寸和装配位置,进而影响产品质量。该文研究了CAD模型几何特征在钳工装配中的关键作用,分析了几何尺寸、形状公差、表面粗糙度等因素对装配精度和最终产品质量的影响。通过实验和模拟,探讨了不同几何特征对装配过程中的偏差和误差累积的影响机制。旨在提升钳工装配质量。
In the process of clamp assembly,the geometric features of the CAD model directly determine the machining dimensions and assembly position of the parts,which in turn affect the product quality.This article investigates the key role of geometric features in clamp assembly,and analyzes the influence of geometric dimensions,shape tolerance,surface roughness and other factors on assembly accuracy and final product quality.Through experiments and simulations,the influence mechanism of different geometric features on the deviation and error accumulation in the assembly process is explored.Intended to improve the assembly quality of fitters.
