激光熔覆技术在大型减速箱修复与性能提升中的技术应用

摘要 在现代工业领域,大型减速箱作为传动系统中的关键组件,其性能的稳定性和持久性直接关系到整个生产线的运行效率和安全性。该文以中国石油吉林石化公司30万t/年高密度聚乙烯装置中应用的德国FENDER大型减速箱传动轴的激光熔覆修复效果为例,深入探讨了激光熔覆技术的应用特征与技术优势,介绍了减速箱输入轴和输出轴的修复方案及实施效果,强调了通过采用激光熔覆技术进行修复,不仅有效解决了传动轴的磨损和腐蚀问题,还显著提高了其承载能力和使用寿命,为装置的长期稳定运行提供了有力保障,也为解决大型减速箱等复杂设备的修复提供了新的思路和方法。 In the modern industrial field,as a key component of the transmission system,the stability and durability of the performance of large gearboxes directly affect the operational efficiency and safety of the entire production line.This article takes the laser cladding repair effect of the German FENDER large gearbox transmission shaft applied in the 300000 t/year high-density polyethylene plant of China Petroleum Jilin Petrochemical Company as an example,deeply explores the application characteristics and technical advantages of laser cladding technology,introduces the repair plan and implementation effect of the gearbox input shaft and output shaft,and emphasizes that the use of laser cladding technology for repair not only effectively solves the wear and corrosion problems of the transmission shaft,but also significantly improves its bearing capacity and service life,providing strong guarantee for the long-term stable operation of the plant.This study also provides new ideas and methods for solving the repair problems of complex equipment such as large gearboxes.
