摘要
大豆叶面的多毛状复合界面会导致雾滴的润湿性较差,使得农药在叶片上的吸收率降低,从而影响药效。依据雾滴润湿植物叶片过程理论,利用SZ-230型工业相机分析农药液滴在大豆不同时期叶片形貌特征、铺展直径和润湿规律。结果表明,V3时期该毛状结构的平均长度L=560.25μm,茸毛平均间距H=420μm,茸毛直径D=24.63μm。可以通过改进农药的配方,增强其润湿性,或者通过叶面处理改变叶片表面的形貌,提高雾滴在叶片上的粘附力。这些措施有望对提高药效和减少农药使用量等方面产生积极影响,为大豆生产提供科学依据。该研究揭示了大豆叶片表面形貌对农药雾滴润湿性能的重要影响,具有较光滑表面的大豆叶片表现出更好的润湿性能和渗透效果,而较大表面粗糙度的叶片则具有较高的农药滞留特性。研究结果为改善大豆农药喷洒技术提供了理论依据,可进一步提升大豆的农产品质量和产量。
The hairy composite interface of soybean foliar surface will lead to poor wettability of droplets,which will reduce the absorption rate of pesticides on leaves,thus affecting the efficacy.According to the theory of leaf wetting process of droplets,the SZ-230 industrial camera was used to analyze the morphological characteristics,spreading diameter and wetting law of pesticide droplets at different stages of heavy and heavy pesticide droplets.The results showed that the average length of the hair-like structure was L=560.25μm,the average spacing of hairs was H=420μm,and the diameter of hairs was D=24.63μm at the V3 stage.The adhesion of spray droplets on the leaves can be improved by improving the formulation of pesticides to enhance their wettability,or by changing the topography of the leaf surface through foliar treatment.These measures are expected to have a positive impact on improving drug efficacy and reducing pesticide use,and provide a scientific basis for soybean production.This study revealed the important effect of soybean leaf surface morphology on the wettability of pesticide droplets,and soybean leaves with smoother surface showed better wetting performance and permeation effect,while leaves with larger surface roughness had higher pesticide retention characteristics.The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for improving soybean pesticide spraying technology,which can further improve the quality and yield of soybean agricultural products.
