基于过程性评价的实践教学考核体系优化

摘要 随着对学生能力培养和素质教育的重视,增加实践教学已成为教育改革的重要方向,但传统依赖最终考试成绩的考核方法无法完全适应实践教学的需求。实践教学亟需能更全面评估学生实践能力、创新思维和团队协作能力等的考核体系,促进学生的综合能力和素质提升。在实践教学中引入过程性评价考核方法,通过对应用效果进行达成度评价,发现过程性评价能够杜绝传统考核方式的弊端,实现更加全面的实践教学评价和反馈,准确地评估学生的实践能力。 With the increasing emphasis on cultivating students’abilities and quality education,increasing practical teaching has become an important direction of educational reform.However,traditional assessment methods that rely on final exam results cannot fully meet the needs of practical teaching.Practical teaching urgently needs an assessment system that can comprehensively evaluate students’practical abilities,innovative thinking,and teamwork abilities,promoting the improvement of their comprehensive abilities and qualities.Introducing process evaluation and assessment methods in practical teaching,by evaluating the degree of achievement of application effects,it is found that process evaluation can eliminate the drawbacks of traditional assessment methods,achieve more comprehensive practical teaching evaluation and feedback,and accurately evaluate students’practical abilities.
