OBE背景下无人机专业学生职业能力探析

摘要 基于OBE的教育理念成为了我国高等教育发展的必然选择,然而,对于无人机专业大学生的教育如何有效提升其职业能力,相关研究仍显不足。综合利用文献综述、网络调研、问卷调查及访谈方法,分析了无人机专业学生职业能力内涵,以及当前就业市场中企业对无人机专业人才的岗位需求,学历、经验及专业能力要求的现状,初步确定了包括责任心与严谨的态度、无人机基础理论、无人机系统开发、编程与软件开发、无人机运行组织与保障、适应与沟通、科学研究能力、无人机操作技能8个方面的职业能力要求。进一步提出了包括个人基础能力、专业能力和职业相关综合能力三个方面六个层级的无人机专业学生能力模型,该模型不仅可以帮助无人机相关专业教师更好地培养大学生的职业技能,也对无人机企业制定职位描述和招聘标准具有指导意义。 The education concept based on OBE has become an inevitable choice for the development of higher education in China,however,the relevant research on how to effectively enhance the vocational ability of college students majoring in unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)is still insufficient.By comprehensively utilizing literature review,online survey,questionnaire survey,and interview methods,the connotation of professional abilities of drone major students,as well as the current job demand,education and experience requirements,and professional abilities of enterprises for UAS professionals in the job market were analyzed.The eight UAS competencies including sense of responsibility and rigorous attitude,basic theories of UAS,development of UAS,programming and software development,the professional ability requirements for organization and support of UAS operation,adaptation and communication,scientific research ability,and UAS operation skills were put forward.Then,a six-level UAV student competency model includes basic,professional,and comprehensive career competencies,aiding educators in skill development and guiding UAV companies in job descriptions and recruitment standards.
