电工电子课程中工学一体化教学模式设计与实践

摘要 在高质量发展背景下,各项产业不断转型升级,对人才培养提出了更高要求。该文探讨了电工电子课程中工学一体化教学模式的设计与实践,以适应产业转型对技能型人才的需求。阐述了工学一体化教学模式的设计理念与实施方法,通过校企合作、项目驱动和实际操作等方式,将理论与实践紧密结合,提高学生的实际操作能力和综合素质。研究表明,工学一体化教学模式有效提升了学生的职业能力,为产业转型提供了有力的人才支持。 In the context of high-quality development,the continuous transformation and upgrading of various industries has put forward higher requirements for talent training.This article discusses the design and practice of engineering integration teaching mode in electrical and electronic courses to meet the demand for skilled talents in industrial transformation.The article describes the design concept and implementation method of the integrated engineering teaching mode,through school-enterprise cooperation,project-driven and practical operation,etc.,the theory and practice are closely integrated to improve students’practical ability and comprehensive quality.The study shows that the engineering-learning integrated teaching mode effectively improves students’vocational ability and provides strong talent support for industrial transformation.
