摘要
基于工作过程系统化的教育理念是一种将实际工作任务和工作环境融入到教学过程中的方法,通过模拟和再现职业环境中的真实工作过程,使学生在学习过程中能够直接接触到实际工作中的任务和挑战,进而提高学生的职业技能和职业素养。该文以中职电工电子专业为背景,阐述了电工电子技能课程的教学设计与实施方案,通过案例分析,展示了具体的教学活动和实训项目如何与企业实际需求相结合。最后总结实践研究的成果,指出基于工作过程系统化的教学模式在提升学生职业技能、培养职业素养方面具有显著优势,并提出了进一步改进和发展的建议,以期为中职教育的课程改革提供参考。
The concept of education based on work process systematization is a method of integrating the actual work tasks and work environment into the teaching process.By simulating and reproducing the real work process in the vocational environment,students can have direct contact with the tasks and challenges of the actual work in the process of learning,and then improve their vocational skills and vocational literacy.This paper takes the background of secondary electrical and electronic professions as the background,describes the teaching design and implementation plan of electrical and electronic skills courses,and demonstrates how specific teaching activities and practical training projects can be combined with the actual needs of enterprises through case studies.Finally,it summarizes the results of the practical research,points out that the teaching mode based on work process systematization has significant advantages in enhancing students’vocational skills and cultivating their vocational literacy,and puts forward suggestions for further improvement and development,with a view to providing references to the curriculum reform of secondary education.
