The connection between the EIA system and the pollutant discharge permit system is of great significance to promote modern environmental management.This paper focuses on the strategy of connecting the EIA system and the pollutant discharge permit system,hoping to effectively connect the EIA system and the pollutant discharge permit system after using the preliminary study of the EIA,optimizing the pollutant discharge permit process,establishing an information sharing platform and implementing the continuous monitoring mechanism,so as to improve the scientificity and effectiveness of environmental management and achieve the expected environmental protection goals.
