Design aesthetics is an emerging discipline that combines art and technology,aimed at studying aesthetic phenomena and laws in design.This article explores the practical application of design aesthetics in indoor environmental art design,revealing its impact on the artistic effect of indoor environments.Firstly,it explains how design aesthetics strengthens the functionality and aesthetic value of interior design by improving spatial quality,meeting psychological needs,and enhancing cultural connotations;then,it analyzes the elements of design aesthetics in interior design and further explores the application forms of design aesthetics,emphasizing the key role of technological innovation in promoting the development of interior design towards intelligence and personalization;finally,design examples such as minimalist style,Chinese style,and Mediterranean style were used to demonstrate how design aesthetics can guide indoor environmental art design,achieving an effective integration of aesthetics and practicality.
