在线多属性众包配送平台的拍卖机制研究

摘要 随着快递业爆发式增长,众包配送平台作为应对需求高峰的重要力量迎来快速发展。然而,目前众包配送平台都是采用固定费率的支付方式,无法满足托运人对配送时长、配送质量等差异化需求。为解决上述问题,文章提出了一种在线双边多属性拍卖机制。该机制允许参与人双方任意时间进入且能根据投标即时确定参与人分配和支付。同时,该机制将托运人所关心的承运人非价格属性投标都纳入机制设计。最后,通过设置事后惩罚规则,根据承运人的配送服务完成情况对其单位收益进行事后修正。 With the exponential growth of the express delivery industry,crowdsourced delivery platforms are undergoing rapid devel-opment as a crucial means to address peak demand.However,current crowdsourced delivery platforms solely rely on a fixed rate payment method,which fails to cater to shippers'diverse requirements regarding delivery time and quality.To tackle these issues,this paper proposes an online bilateral multi-attribute auction mechanism that allows participants to join at any given time and determines participant allocation and payment based on bidding.Additionally,this mechanism incorporates non-price attribute bidding from carriers that shippers value into its design.Finally,by implementing expost punishment rules,the carrier's unit revenue is adjusted retrospectively in accordance with the completion of the delivery service.
