东三省乡村振兴与农村电子商务耦合协调研究

A Study on the Coupling and Coordination Between Rural Revitalization and Rural E-Commerce in the Three Northeastern Provinces of China

文章通过2013—2022年黑龙江、吉林、辽宁三省的面板数据构建评价乡村振兴和农村电子商务的综合指标体系,使用熵权法测算了东三省乡村振兴和农村电子商务综合发展水平,对两者之间的耦合协调程度进行了计算,并使用灰色关联度分析法研究了影响两者耦合协调的驱动因素。研究表明:东三省乡村振兴和农村电子商务水平逐年提高,同时两者耦合协调度也呈上升趋势。东三省乡村振兴与农村电子商务耦合协调度存在着区间差异,吉林省耦合协调水平明显落后于另外两省。农村物流水平是影响乡村振兴与农村电子商务耦合协调发展的主要驱动因素。基于此,文章提出了相关建议,以推进乡村振兴与农村电子商务深度融合。

This paper uses the panel dada from the three provinces of Heilongjiang,Jilin,and Liaoning between 2013 and 2022 and constructs a comprehensive index system to assess rural revitalization and rural e-commerce.The entropy weight method is used to calculate the overall development levels of rural revitalization and rural e-commerce in the three provinces,and the degree of coupling coordination between the two is calculated.The Grey Relational Analysis is then used to study the driving factors affecting the coupling coordination between rural revitalization and rural e-commerce.The research indicates that the levels of rural revitalization and rural e-commerce in the three provinces have been increasing year by year,and the coupling coordination between the two is also on the rise.There are interval differences in the coupling coordination of rural revitalization and rural e-commerce in the three provinces,with Jilin province significantly lagging behind the other two provinces.The level of rural logistics is identified as the main driving factor influencing the coupling coordination development between rural revitalization and rural e-commerce.Based on this,the article proposes relevant suggestions to promote the deep integration of rural revitalization and rural e-commerce.
