基于三阶段DEA-Malmquist的中国“一带一路”沿线省域物流效率评价

摘要 为探究我国“一带一路”沿线省域物流效率及影响因素,利用三阶段超效率SBM模型和Malmquist指数对中国“一带一路”沿线17个省份2007—2020年的物流效率进行评价。研究表明:沿线省域物流效率受地区科技发展水平、地区第三产业发展水平和地区居民消费水平等外部环境变量影响;17个省份中有9个省份的第三阶段的效率值低于第一阶段的效率值,纯技术效率的上升幅度小于规模效率的下降幅度,说明17个省份整体的规模效率受环境因素影响较大;技术进步和资源配置能力的提升是推动沿线省份物流效率全要素生产率指数增长的主要动力,规模效率的下降一定程度上阻碍了全要素生产率指数的增长。在定量分析的基础上,文章提出促进物流效率提升的对策建议。 The three-stage super-efficiency SBM model and Malmquist index were used to analyze the logistics efficiency of seventeen provinces along the Belt and Road in China from 2007 to 2020 in order to investigate the logistics efficiency and influencing factors of the provinces along the route.The research reveals that external factors like regional tech development,tertiary industry growth,and regional consumption levels affect efficiency.In nine of the seventeen provinces,the efficiency value of the third stage is lower than that of the first stage,and the increase in pure technical efficiency is less than the decline in scale efficiency,suggesting that environmental factors have a significant impact on the seventeen provinces'overall scale efficiency.Technological progress and resource allocation drove TFP growth,while scale inefficiency hindered it.Based on this,countermeasures to boost logistics efficiency are proposed.
