基于组合权重TOPSIS的城市航空货运发展潜力研究

摘要 近年来,电子商务不断兴起,人们越来越追求高效、迅速、可靠的物流运输,因此航空货运在城市货运中的地位逐步上升。文章以城市为视角,从城市航空货运发展潜力的定义出发,归纳总结出城市航空货运发展潜力的影响因素,并构建了涵盖城市航空物流需求类、城市经济发展状况、城市机场运营能力、城市开放程度、城市信息化水平的5个一级指标和18个二级指标的城市航空货运发展潜力评价指标体系,将考虑主观权重和客观权重的组合权重方法与TOPSIS相结合,对我国主要城市的航空货运发展潜力进行量化评价,结果表明:货运发展潜力高的城市主要集中在京津冀、长三角、珠三角以及成渝地区双城经济圈,而西部内陆地区航空货运发展潜力明显偏低,符合我们城市发展实际状况。 In recent years,with the continuous rise of e-commerce,people are increasingly pursuing efficient,fast and reliable logistics transportation,so the status of air freight in urban freight has gradually risen.From the perspective of cities and starting from the definition of urban air cargo development potential,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of urban air cargo development potential,and constructs an evaluation index system of urban air cargo development potential,which includes 5 first-level indicators and 18 second-level indicators covering urban air logistics demand,urban economic development status,urban airport operation capacity,urban openness and urban informatization level.The cpmbination weighting method considering subjective and objective weights is combined with TOPSIS to quantitatively evaluate the development potential of air cargo in major cities in China.The results show that the cities with high freight development potential are mainly concentrated in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Yangtze River Delta,the Pearl River Delta and the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle,while the air cargo development potential in the western inland region is obviously low,which is in line with the actual situation of urban development.
