The development of intelligent logistics and digital supply chain puts forward new challenges for logistics talents,which requires that they should not only have solid professional knowledge and skills,but also have the innovative awareness and ability in the new era.It emphasizes the importance of cultivating comprehensive talents,and brings challenges and opportunities to the logistics talent training in colleges and universities.Based on this,this paper explores the new trend of logistics talent training,and proposes a series of practical strategies to promote the high-quality development of Chinese-style logistics modernization.We will explore how to effectively cultivate modern intelligent logistics talents,from the construction of the curriculum system,strengthening teaching team construction,innovating teaching evaluation,designing practical teaching projects,enhancing on-campus practical training and other aspects.These measures will help students comprehensively enhance their professional skills and innovation capabilities required in the fields of intelligent logistics and digital supply chain.
