摘要
实践创新是食品行业急需的职业素养,是食品类学生必备的专业能力,该能力培养与企业密不可分。目前,食品类学生实践创新能力的培养依然主要依赖高校,而食品企业的参与度不高。从产教融合角度对食品类学生实践创新能力培养面临的问题进行了思考和探索,以期为食品类学生的实践创新能力培养提供参考。
Practical innovation is urgently needed professionalism in the food industry and is an essential professional ability for food major students.The cultivation of this ability is closely related to enterprises.Currently,the cultivation of practical innovation abilities among food major students still mainly relies on universities,while the participation of food enterprises is not high.This article pondered and explored the problems faced by food major students in cultivating their practical innovation ability from the perspective of integration of industry and education,hoping to provide a reference for the cultivation of practical innovation ability of food major students.
