摘要
“试验设计与数据处理”是食品质量与安全专业的必修课程,对学生的专业研究能力和数据分析起到重要的作用。然而传统的课堂讲授已不能满足学生多层次的需要,利用MOOC(慕课)和SPOC(小规模限制性在线课程)教学平台开展线上线下混合式课程建设,进一步完善课程的授课体系,促进知识传授、学生互动和实践能力培养方面有机融合,提高人才培养质量,以期达到新工科建设的要求。从课程概述、线上线下教学设计、课堂改革成效等方面介绍了“试验设计与数据处理”的线上线下课程实践方案,为课程的教学改革提供参考。
Experimental Design and Data Processing is compulsory course for Food Quality and Safety,playing an important role in students'professional research abilities and data analysis..However,the traditional classroom teaching cannot meet the needs of students at multiple levels.Using online course resources and teaching platform to carry out the construction of online and offline hybrid courses will further improve the structural system of the course,organically integrate the knowledge transfer,student interaction and practical ability training of the course,and improve the quality of talent training.This paper introduced the online and offline course construction scheme of Experimental Design and Data Processing from the aspects of course design,content integration and case teaching,so as to provide reference for the teaching reform of the course.
