摘要
电解铝作为高危行业在生产过程中存在较多的安全隐患,电解槽的侧部异常就是其中之一。深刻剖析电解槽侧部异常的具体原因,以及不同程度情况所对应的应急处理步骤,结合实际经验提出利用换极期间的摸排、侧部数据测量、硅含量变化来提前预判侧部风险,通过侧部在线修补和工艺调整两方面解决侧部风险,从而减少电解槽运行安全隐患,为电解槽安全生产提供有力保障。
As a high risk industry,electrolytic aluminum has many hidden dangers in the production process,one of which is the abnormal side of the electrolytic cell.This paper deeply analyzes the specific causes of the abnormal side of the electrolyzer and the emergency treatment steps corresponding to different levels of the situation.Combined with practical experience,it is proposed that the side risk can be predicted in advance by utilizing the survey,side data measurement and silicon content change during the pole change period,and the side risk can be solved through online repair of the side and process adjustment,so as to reduce the hidden danger of the operation of the electrolyzer.It provides a strong guarantee for the safe production of electrolytic cell.
