摘要
通过PET泡沫保温板的物理力学性能试验和外保温系统耐久性试验,开发了包括80级挤出型PET泡沫保温板、薄型陶瓷饰面层和背衬的PET保温装饰一体板。通过对既有建筑改造现状的分析和锚固试验研究,明确了点挂式保温装饰一体板外墙保温系统应视基层墙体自身情况采用自打结锚栓或金属膨胀锚栓提高系统安全性。设计了单根横龙骨作为PET保温装饰一体板锚挂构造的围护结构改造技术体系,有限元分析表明陶瓷薄板饰面PET保温装饰一体板的安全性符合要求。
Through the physical and mechanical properties test of PET foam insulation board and the durability test of its external insulation system,the PET insulation and decoration integrated board was developed including 80 grade extruded PET foam insulation board,thin ceramic facing layer and backing.Through analysis of the current situation of existing building renovation and anchoring test research,it is clarified that the external wall insulation system of point hanging insulation decoration integrated panel should adopt self-tying anchor bolts or metal expansion anchor bolts according to the condition of the base wall itself to improve system safety.A single horizontal keel was designed as the anchor structure of PET insulation and decoration integrated board for the enclosure structure renovation.Finite element analysis showed that the ceramic thin plate faced PET insulation and decoration integrated board meets the safety requirements.
