基于能耗控制的绿色建筑节能探索实践——以银川建发悠阅城购物中心为例

摘要 据调查报告显示,建筑领域是我国碳排放的重点领域,而商场建筑是公共建筑中的用能大户,在同等节能比例下,商场建筑较办公建筑的节能量也更可观。在建筑方案设计前期,如何强化对建筑终端用能强度的控制与引导,降低建筑运行阶段的实际能耗及碳排放显得至关重要。本文以银川建发悠阅城购物中心项目为例,结合业主需求及类似建筑业态运行痛点,在绿色建筑二星实施过程中,引入能耗控制解决方案,围绕“被动式设计降低建筑需求,主动设备优化提升效率,智慧运维实现用电精细化管理”的原则探索建筑节能路径,从而降低建筑运行阶段的能耗及碳排放。 According to the survey report,the construction field is the key area of carbon emissions in China,and shopping malls are large users of energy in public buildings,therefore under the same energy-saving ratio,shopping malls have more energy saving potential than office buildings.In the early stage of building design,it is very important to strengthen the control and guidance of building terminal energy intensity and reduce the actual energy consumption and carbon emissions in the building operation stage.This article takes Yinchuan C&D Youyuecheng Shopping Mall project as an example,and combined with the needs of the owners and the operation painpoints of similar building types,introduces energy consumption control solutions in the implementation process of Two Star Green Building.It explores the path of building energy conservation based on the principle of“passive design to reduce building demand,active equipment optimization to improve efficiency,and intelligent operation and maintenance to realize fine management of electricity consumption”,thereby reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions during the building’s operation stage.
