深圳城市更新背景下装配式校园设计与施工技术分析——以深圳龙岗黄龙坡学校为例

摘要 城市更新对于北上广深等一线大城市有限的土地资源合理充分利用有着非常重要的意义,在进行城市更新的过程中,对于不同类型的建筑需要进行合理的设计,并采取合理的施工技术,实现在城市更新背景下的建筑设计与施工,从而确保工程质量。本文介绍了深圳市龙岗街道黄龙坡学校新建工程,该学校设计采用装配式结构,项目位于深圳市城市更新地块,因此在城市更新背景下对该校园的总体建筑及结构进行了设计,并就相应的施工技术进行了研究,以期能够为城市更新背景下的校园建筑设计和施工提供一定的参考。 Urban renewal is of great significance for the rational and full utilization of limited land resources in first tier cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,and Shenzhen.In the process of urban renewal,it is necessary to design different types of buildings reasonably and adopt rational construction techniques so as to achieve building design and construction in the context of urban renewal,thereby ensuring project quality.This article combines the new construction project of Huanglongpo nine-year integrated school in Longgang District,Shenzhen City.Located on an urban renewal site in Shenzhen,the school is designed with prefabricated structures.Therefore,the overall architecture and structure of the campus are designed under the background of urban renewal,and corresponding construction techniques are studied in order to provide some reference for campus building design and construction in context of urban renewal.
