鲜食型马铃薯新品种克新35的选育及栽培技术

摘要 为了促进马铃薯新品种克新35的推广应用,本文介绍了其选育过程、特征特性、产量表现及栽培技术。克新35是黑龙江省农业科学院克山分院以克新22为母本,克新18为父本通过有性杂交、无性系鉴定筛选育成的马铃薯新品种。2019-2020年完成黑龙江省马铃薯联合体区域试验,2年区域试验平均产量为2273.16 kg·(667 m^(2))^(-1),比对照品种克新13增产6.4%,2021-2022年完成生产试验,2年生产试验平均产量为2345.70 kg·(667 m^(2))^(-1),比对照克新13增产12.20%。2023年获得农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记,登记编号为GPD马铃薯(2023)230013。克新35为中熟鲜食马铃薯品种,适宜鲜薯食用。该品种生育期82 d左右(从出苗至成熟),株型半直立,株高45.1 cm左右。结薯集中,薯块圆形,薯皮黄色,中等黄色薯肉,芽眼深度中,商品薯率78.00%。干物质含量为21.9 g·(100 g)^(-1),淀粉含量为16.6 g·(100 g)^(-1),蛋白质含量为2.21 g·(100 g)^(-1),VC含量为38.2 mg·(100 g)^(-1),还原糖含量为0.58 g·(100 g)^(-1)。克新35中抗晚疫病,中抗PVX、PVY病毒。因此,克新35适宜在黑龙江省各生态区种植。 In order to promote the popularization and application of new potato variety Kexin 35,the breeding processs,variety charactestics,yielity,quality,disease resistance and cultivation techniques of Kexin 35 were briefly introduced in this paper.Kexin 35 was bred by Kexin 22 as female parent and Kexin 16 as male parent through sexual hybridization,selection and identification.From^(2)019 to 2020,Kexin 35 participated in regional trial,the average total yield was 2273.16 kg·(667 m^(2))^(-1),which was increased by 6.40%compared to the control Kexin 13.From^(2)021 to 2022,Kexin 35 participated in production trial,the average total yield was 2345.70 kg·(667 m^(2))^(-1),which was increased by 12.20%compared to the control Kexin 13.In 2023,it was registered as a non staple crop variety by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,with the registration number GPD Potato(2023)230013.The variety was medium maturing with 82 days of growth period(from emergence to maturity).The plant type was semi erect and plant height was about 45.1 cm.The tubers were round and yellow skin,light yellow flesh,medium bud eyes,and the commercial tuber rate was 78.00%,dry matter content was 21.9 g·(100 g)^(-1),starch content was 16.6 g·(100 g)^(-1),protein content was 2.21 g·(100 g)^(-1),VC content was 38.2 mg·(100 g)^(-1),and reducing sugar content was 0.58 g·(100 g)^(-1).It is moderately resistant to late blight,PVX and PVY virus.It is suitable for planting in various ecological areas of Heilongjiang Province.
