锻压成形高性能汽车三角臂实验虚拟仿真系统开发

摘要 为解决锻压成形实践教学中存在高危险、模具封闭导致材料成形过程不可见、微观组织无法直接观测、加工工序不完整等问题,借助虚拟仿真技术,结合数值模拟手段,开发包含课前准备、实验操作与探究、实验考核等模块的锻压成形虚拟仿真系统。系统高度还原汽车三角臂生产流程,设计“不同输入-不同反馈”的驱动方式以引导学生自主探究零件成形规律和机理。教学实践表明,该虚拟仿真系统不仅让学生体会并掌握一个完整零件的生产过程与成形质量调控方法,同时训练学生将理论知识应用于解决工程问题的能力,提升教学质量。 To tackle the challenges in practical teaching of forging and pressing,including high-risk,obscured material forming processes due to closed molds,inability to directly observe microstructures,and the incomplete processing steps,a virtual simulation system for forging and pressing was developed.This system utilizes virtual simulation technology in conjunction with numerical modeling methods,and includes three modules:pre-experiment preparation,experimental operations and exploration,and experimental assessment.The system faithfully replicates the real production process of a mass-produced automotive control arm,employs different input-different feedback driving mode to guide students in independently exploring the forming rules and mechanisms of parts.Teaching practices demonstrate that students not only gain hands-on experience and mastery of the entire production process and quality control methods within this virtual simulation system,but also develop the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to solve real engineering challenges.This approach can significantly enhance the quality of teaching.
