摘要
针对高校食品类实验室的安全现状和安全管理存在的主要问题,结合食品类实验室特点及实验室危险源进行了研究。从实验室安全主体责任、管理制度、队伍建设、硬件设施建设、实验室安全教育和准入、分级分类管理、危化品管理、过程管理和风险管控、信息化建设、考核评价、日常管理、安全文化建设等方面构建实验室安全管理体系并进行实践。建成了高效、科学的院级实验室安全管理体系,形成了校、院、实验室三级联动的安全管理模式,提高了实验室安全管理水平,提升了师生的安全文化理念、安全环保意识和科学实验素养。为高校院级实验室安全管理体系的建设提供参考,为高校“双一流”建设提供有力支撑。
Based on the safety status and main problems in safety management of food laboratory in universities,this paper analyzed the laboratory characteristics and hazards,and constructed the laboratory safety management system of the college from the aspects of safety main responsibility,management system,team construction,hardware facility construction,laboratory safety education and access,graded and classified management,hazardous chemicals management,process management and risk control,information construction,assessment and evaluation,daily management and safety culture construction.This paper established an efficient and scientific laboratory safety management system at the college level,formed a three-level linkage safety management model,improved the level of laboratory safety management,and enhanced the safety culture concept,safety and environmental awareness,and scientific experimental literacy of teachers and students.It provides reference of the same type of university laboratories and strong support for the construction of“Double First-class”in universities.
