摘要
粮食筒仓不仅是重要的粮食存储设施,也是粮食转运的关键环节。粮食筒仓内配备着复杂的工艺系统及其附属设施、机械通风系统、除尘系统等用电设备,因此粮食筒仓的电气设计对保障工艺系统的正常运行及粮食存储的质量至关重要。本文结合工程实例,对粮食筒仓不同区域的正常照明和应急照明设计,不同类型负荷的动力配电设计,避雷针保护范围计算和接闪器布置,接地系统设计进行要点分析和思路介绍,为类似工程电气设计提供参考。
Grain silo is not only an important grain storage facility,but also a key link of grain transport.The grain silo is equipped with a complex process system and the ancillary facilities,mechanical ventilation system,dust removal system and other electrical equipment.Therefore,the electrical design of the grain silo is crucial to the operation of process system and the quality of stored grain.Combined with real projects,the key points and ideas were analyzed and summarized,which covered the design of common/emergency lighting in different areas,the design of power distribution for different types of power load,the calculation of safe range shielded by a lightning rod,the layout of lightning receiver and the design of grounding system of the grain silo.The research results can provide a reference for similar projects.
