钢筋混凝土立筒仓结构设计及造价分析

Structure Design and Cost Analysis of Vertical Reinforced Concrete Silos

粮食筒仓根据材质不同可以分为钢结构和钢筋混凝土,其根据其平面组成不同又可分为单仓、排仓、群仓等结构形式。本文以钢筋混凝土立筒仓为例,基于实际工程项目,分别从单仓和群仓这两种不同布置形式出发,探究筒仓的规模、结构和材料等因素对造价指标的影响,最后提出单价指标及分项指标,并进行数据验证,以实现筒仓的造价分析和控制的目的,从而为类似工程提供相对可靠的估算指标参考,提高工作效率及造价准确性。

Silos can be made of steel structure or reinforced concrete,and two main patterns apply at present,namely,vertical silo and shallow round silo.The plane layout plan covers single silo,row silo and silo cluster.based on a vertical RC silo project,the influence of silo scale,structure and material on the cost index was explored based on the layouts of single silo and silo cluster,which led to final unit price index and sub-item indices.The above data should be verified so as to carry out silo cost analysis and control,provide a relatively reliable estimate index for similar projects,improve working efficiency and cost accuracy.
