摘要 针对传统二维CAD等软件在处理复杂的管道工程设计时难以满足当下需求的问题,提出将BIM技术用于综合商业大楼给排水系统设计,介绍了其建模及模型优化过程,并对BIM技术在综合商业大楼给排水管理工程中的应用进行分析。 Aiming at the problem that it is difficult for traditional 2D CAD software to meet the current needs when dealing with complex pipeline engineering design problems, BIM technology is proposed for the design of water supply and drainage system of comprehensive commercial building, its modeling and model optimization process is introduced, and the application of BIM technology in water supply and drainage management project of comprehensive commercial building is analyzed.
