摘要
钢结构施工工艺和质量控制措施直接影响工程的安全性和可靠性。论文从钢梁预埋件安装、桁架拼装与吊装、现场拼装焊接、钢桁架滑移工艺以及悬挑桁架吊装等方面深入研究了钢结构施工工艺。同时,提出了钢结构原材料、成品以及各施工阶段的质量控制措施。
Steel structure construction technology and quality control measures directly affect the safety and reliability of the project. In this paper, the construction technology of steel structure is deeply studied from the aspects of steel beam embedment, truss assembly and lifting, on-site assembly and welding, steel truss slip technology and suspension truss lifting. At the same time, the quality control measures of steel structure raw materials, finished products and each construction stage are put forward.
