摘要 为研究大跨径现浇连续箱梁施工技术,提高公路桥梁整体施工质量,依托实际工程,详细介绍了项目大跨径现浇箱梁支架设计方案,重点阐述了大跨径现浇连续箱梁施工技术要点,主要包括基础处理,支架安装及预压,桥梁制作安装、定位,模板工程,钢筋工程,预应力管道,混凝土工程,预应力筋张拉、压浆,支架拆除等,对各项施工工序进行重点分析研究。 In order to study the construction technology of large-span cast-in-place continuous box girder and improve the overall construction quality of highway bridge, the design scheme of large-span cast-in-place continuous box girder is introduced in detail, mainly including foundation treatment, support installation and preloading, bridge fabrication and installation, positioning, formwork engineering,steel bar engineering, prestressed pipeline, concrete engineering, prestressed tendon tension, grouting, support removal,etc., and the key points of construction technology of large-span cast-in-place continuous box girder are emphasized.
