岩锚梁镜面混凝土在抽水蓄能电站中的应用

摘要 以敦化抽水蓄能电站为研究背景,结合镜面混凝土施工现状,严格把控模板体系设计、钢筋及预埋件安装、混凝土的施工工艺及技术要点,详细介绍了岩锚梁镜面混凝土施工在敦化抽水蓄能电站中的应用,通过采用特殊的模板工艺及浇筑振捣措施,达到了“光彩照人”的镜面效果,有利于保障岩锚梁镜面混凝土高效和高质量的完工。 Based on the research background of Dunhua Pumped Storage Power Station, combined with the construction status of mirror concrete, this paper strictly controls the formwork system, the installation of steel bars and embedded parts, the construction technology and technical points of concrete, and introduces the application of rock anchor beam mirror concrete construction in Dunhua Pumped Storage Power Station in detail. The mirror effect of “shining”is achieved, which is conducive to ensuring the completion of the mirror concrete of rock anchor beam with high efficiency and high quality.
