摘要
针对公路桥梁防撞墙长期暴露在恶劣的环境,容易受到腐蚀影响的问题,论文分析了公路桥梁防撞墙的腐蚀原因与机理,介绍了防腐材料和防腐工艺,并对防腐工艺的应用效果进行测试。结果表明,防腐工艺有效抑制了碳化程度的加深,且基本维持了防撞墙的回弹值,仅下降了2.3%,说明研究的防腐技术措施可以满足防腐蚀要求,保证防撞墙的性能标准。
Aiming at the problem that highway bridge anti-collision wall is exposed to bad environment for a long time and is easy to be affected by corrosion, this paper analyzes the causes and mechanism of anti-collision wall corrosion of highway bridge, introduces the anti-corrosion materials and anti-corrosion technology, and tests the application effect of anti-collision technology. The results show that the anticorrosion process effectively inhibits the deepening of the degree of carbonization, and basically maintains the rebound value of anti-collision wall, which only decreases by 0.023%. The anticorrosion technical measures in the description can meet the requirements of anti-corrosion and ensure the performance standard of anti-collision wall.
