摘要
随着耐磨地面在大面积厂房中得到广泛应用,在未设或少设缝的情况下,如何对大面积厂房地面裂缝进行防治成为人们关注的焦点。论文分别从塑性收缩、干燥收缩、碳化收缩、水泥水化热、自然条件等方面分析了收缩裂缝、温度裂缝产生的原因,从设计控制、材料控制、施工控制3个方面总结大面积厂房耐磨地面裂缝防治技术控制要点。
As wear-resistant ground is widely used in large-area factory buildings, how to prevent and control the ground cracks of large-area factory buildings becomes the focus of attention. This paper analyzes the causes of shrinkage cracks and temperature cracks from the aspects of plastic shrinkage, drying shrinkage, carbonization shrinkage, cement hydration heat, natural conditions, etc., and summarizes the key points of control technology for the prevention and control of wear-resistant ground cracks in large-area factory buildings from three aspects: design control, material control and construction control.
